MACSUR est un projet FACCE-JPI (Joint Programming Initiative for Agriculture, Climate Change, and Food Security). Il regroupe 71 organisations provenant de 17 pays européens plus Israël. Ses objectifs sont de développer, d'utiliser et d'interpréter des modèles existants pour l'estimation des risques des impacts du changement climatique sur l'agriculture européenne. Il s'appuie sur des études de cas régionales qui reflètent la diversité des sols, des climats et des systèmes agricoles européens.
