Ecophysiology: management of the nitrogenous storage at the whole plant scale, in connection with resource availability and phenological stage (since 1997: works on peach tree).

Eco-horticulture: study of companion plants, as an alternative of pesticide use in pest control (since 2010: work on patho-system pepper - green aphid Myzus persicae).
