Résumé:

Un cadre potentiellement utile pour penser la diversité des dynamiques aux fronts d’expansion lors d’invasions biologiques (ou de déplacements liés au changement climatique) est celui des vagues poussées vs. tirées. Cette théorie prédit que le comportement (vitesse, diversité génétique…) des expansions dépend du degré de densité-dépendance. Alors que les expansions poussées peuvent parfaitement être générées par de la dispersion densité-dépendante (très fréquente dans la nature), la quasi-totalité des études portent sur l’effet Allee. Je présenterai des résultats expérimentaux et de simulations sur la façon dont la dispersion, ses coûts et son évolution influencent la présence et le maintien d’expansions poussées.
