Functions - Thematic Research

Technical manager of laboratory and field experiments for research programs on the durability of resistance to aphids in melon.
My missions are in the current issue of sustainable agriculture through the use of plant resistance to pest and pathogens.  In the team “Melo”, I participate to researches on the genetic variability of plant resistance to aphids and the effect of the different resistance loci in plant on aphid populations.

Training and Career

1994 Superior technician certificate on plant technologies and breeding

1998-2004 SONITO (Joint-trade organization) Selection assistant for industrial tomato crops seconded to GAFL Avignon

2004-2011 INRA GAFL TR Team ‘Management of plant resistance’. We worked  on pepper / PVY and melon / Aphis gossypii

2011- ... INRA GAFL TR Team ‘Melo’.
